Making the value of assessment clear.
HR Quotient helps HR professionals assess their competencies and guide their development. I contributed to UX/UI design and React front-end development, presenting the offer and organizing the platform journey.
Research, structure and the user journey.
The design addresses practical questions: what can I assess, how do I progress and how do I interpret the result? The interface organizes the proposition, assessment dimensions, experience levels and recommendations around those questions.
From Figma to React.
My contribution connected interface design in Figma with front-end implementation in React, maintaining continuity between the introduction, assessments and results while respecting HR Quotient's own methodology.
