I'm Tomás Abalos. I connect creative direction, product design and development with a business perspective. I can shape the idea, design the experience, build it and help bring it to an audience.
- Glass Media · Operations & marketing
- From 2020 to 2023, as Operations Manager at Glass Media, I coordinated teams and a portfolio of digital projects. I worked on marketing strategy, sales funnels, Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for different brands, supported by my diploma in Marketing.
- Coderhouse · Learning & teaching
- I trained in front-end development with HTML, CSS and JavaScript, graduating with the second-highest grade in my cohort. I then joined Coderhouse as a JavaScript instructor while working at Glass Media, helping students put their knowledge into practice.
- Development & user experience
- I've worked on more than 30 web projects, combining front-end development, UX/UI design and business goals. Highlights include React and Figma for HRQ, and design, sales funnels, maintenance and website security for JBB through Glass Media.
- AI & visual production
- My experience covers branded content, campaigns and film production. I apply AI to content creation, management systems and task automation, and work with DaVinci Resolve, Lightroom and Photoshop. I led one2many from 2023 to 2024 and have worked in film production with ORSAI since 2025.
I use agile methods and data analysis to organize delivery and guide improvements. I'm available full time, Monday to Friday, for remote teams and projects.
